My brother is looking to get certified and hasn't committed yet whether he's going to do his OW course in Charleston or on our impending trip to the Keys (next spring). As such, I'm looking for recommendations for good shops/instructors in Charleston, just in case he decides he wants to do everything locally. If there are independent instructors you'd recommend, please don't hesitate.
