Yea I almost friggen choked. I'm pretty sure I'm paying too much for gear servicing too, but they are the only oceanic dealer in town and are close by... so I'll take the hit.

I had an HP hose start to bubble after a dive, bought a hose and attached it no problems. it really is very simple. Just follow the advice - finger tight, then make it snug with a spanner. If I can do it....
