I'd like to change the shoulder mounted exhaust valve on my DUI TSL 350 tri-lam drysuit because after much analysis and trying different venting techniques underwater, and obtaining advice on the Scubaboard, the valve, when fully opened, is very slow to vent air from the dry suit. I cannot determine the name of the manufacturer of the exhaust valve. It just says "DUI". Can I remove the existing valve and install a new valve myself? Do I need any special tools? How do I remove the existing valve? Should a standard size Si Tech valve fit for a replacement? How do I install the new valve? Thank you for your advice.
