Changes Coming at Den Laman?

I have a trip booked for February and apparently all their booking and management was handled through "Carib Mall".. That is apparently changing based upon the email I received this morning:

"Dear guests,
We are sad to announce that we had to terminate our property and rental management contract at Den Laman per July 1, 2019, but glad to let you know that our services will be taken over after July 1.
All apartments have individual owners and 6 years ago the Owners Association asked us to take over the complete management; we picked that up with great pleasure!

Recently one owner bought 3 more apartments within the building and now has the majority of the building. It is decided by them that they take over the property management themselves and work with a different rental company.

With the this change we saw no possibility to continue our management contract, as there is no way to keep control of and take responsibility over the quality delivered for the resort as a whole. The rental manager for the biggest group of apartments is known know and we will introduce them to you in a separate email, as you are staying in one of these apartments. Regarding the services by the new rental managers after your arrival: all reservations after July 1 will be honored by the rental managers with the same conditions as you booked with us.
The new rental manager will welcome you personally upon arrival and say goodbye to you upon departure. Cleaning will be as usual, every other day and you will receive Beach Towels as well.
The only change is that there will be no Front Office anymore, but the rental manager can always be reached when there is a problem or question.
Furthermore the following is decided by the Owners Association in cooperation with us, for a smooth transition and because you originally booked with us;
After July 1 we (Carib Mall) will still stay in contact with you and will take care of the invoicing, your payment and make sure that you will receive what you booked. You will receive the vouchers for diving and Carrental from us as well, if applicable.
After receiving your payment, Carib Mall will distribute the payments to the right parties, you do not have to worry about that.
An important note for our further communication regarding payments, Carrental and Diving Packages (if) booked:
- the toll free number for USA and Canada will be discontinued per July 1, 2019; we therefore advise you to communicate per email
- we are not sure yet if the email addresses info@denlaman.com and reservations@denlaman.com will be continued, as there will be no office anymore

For your information: our company name is Carib Mall NV, with this company we managed Den Laman the past years and still manage Bonaire Seaside Apartments.
We are looking back at 6 great years. We can proudly say that Den Laman is the resort now, with the appearance and reputation, where we aimed for when we started managing it in 2013; with wonderful repeat, loyal and new guests.
Most of our guests arrived as guests and left as friends and we are very thankful for that. We could not have done this without our great team and the trust of you as our loyal guests.

I have never stayed at Den Laman prior and am wondering what to make of this change.

I have never stayed at Den Laman prior and am wondering what to make of this change.
I have stayed there and @scubadada is a repeat customer. Time will tell, but the change wouldn't dissuade me from staying there. At this point, it is still one of the best locations and values on the island. Sounds to me like the new management group and Carib Mall are working on a smooth transition.
 
We are headed there July 17th. Hopefully it goes as smoothly as the email suggests.
 
New management company is now Sunwise Bonaire. Attached most recent email:

"Dear appreciated guest,
As we informed you earlier, we terminated our property and rental management contract with the owners association and individual owners of Den Laman per July 1, 2019.
Herewith I would like to introduce you with pleasure to Cecile Knitel en Simon de Groot from Sunwise Bonaire, one of the new rental managers at Den Laman.
Sunwise will take over all reservations after July 1 of the apartment you are staying in, and they will also take care of the cleaning of the apartments, towels and bedlinen.
As there will be no office anymore at Den Laman after July 1, Beach towels will be given to you upon the personal check in. Sunwise can always be reached for questions or help.
If we already have your arrival information, we will give that information to Cecile and Simon, so they can welcome you personally and take you to the apartment.
If we do not have that info yet, you can send that to Sunwise or they will contact you before your arrival on Bonaire. The email address is in CC.
Payments of the accommodation, diving and car rental booked with us, will still go through us at Carib Mall.
If a payment is due, we will contact you. After that you will receive your vouchers from us.
Carib Mall will distribute the payments to the right parties, you do not have to worry about that.

I'm not cancelling anything. It will be my second trip to Bonaire and I like the location and the house reef. I'll be there for 2 weeks, so hopefully all goes smoothly.
