I'm a Fish!
I've been in this really great
job at NASA for the past 2 years
that I have really loved. It was
a partnership between NASA,
the Air Force and Florida Space
Authority. Commute to Patrick AFB
was sweet...5 mim from home. Well
the AF General and NASA center
director decided to disband this
working agreement so I'm back to
full time NASA only work. Bright
side...my supervisor is working
to find me a new slot that will
allow me work on a project I have
been really close to for 3 years. It dealt with underwater acoustics for fish indentification and as a spin off ... intrusion detection to our waters.
It's almost like he is giving a
free ride ticket.

Since the issue wasn't our work performance, we tried hard. The Center Director and Air Force Commander will break the official news to us bright and early tomorrow. Since there are only 5 of us, I think that's pretty impressive.

It's all civil service so no one will lose jobs or pay...just a re alighnment.

Joe
