Below is our accounting sheet for Chamber Day 2020. Feel free to share this if you like. We always get some late donations post-event, plus we leave the Dutchman and the Challenge open for 10 days post-event, so usually our final total is higher than our announced total on Chamber Day itself. No exception this year (which was an exceptional year for all kinds of reasons).
The first column of numbers were our totals at the end of the evening on 5/6. The right-hand column are our adjusted totals as of 5PM 5/19. Some explanations:
The first column of numbers were our totals at the end of the evening on 5/6. The right-hand column are our adjusted totals as of 5PM 5/19. Some explanations:
- The numbers in parentheses represent how many we had on 5/6 vs 5/19.
- For shirt, "ss" is short-sleeve, "ls" is long-sleeve.
- On Ch-Eve, I miscounted by one spot.
- All Ch-eve diners get an Eve shirt so "ss/ship" reflects our shirt and shipping costs.
- These totals do not reflect cost of Dutchman shirts & shipping.
- Some other expenses (office supplies, postage, etc.) also come out of this total.
