Cerulean Springs July 1st or 2nd

The wife and I are planning to dive at Cerulean Spring the weekend before the 4th. Anyone interested?

I'm off that weekend. If you don't mind a single, beginner diver joining you. Cerulean is only 1 1/2 hours away from me. I was there last week & the water was nice at about 70 degrees. Because of the way the owners pump the warm surface water down deep there were no thermoclines, except at the back wall of the quarry where the feeder spring is. I was quite comfrtable in a full 3mm suit. By July 1st it should be really nice & toasty.

The wife and I will be there Saturday. We are meeting he scuba instructor there for a fe wdives. hopefully the weather is good. Anyone know the water temps?

There webiste said 80 and that was on June 2nd.

I will probably be there that weekend, but with my LDS for some specialty classes.

I was there today and had a great time. I wish I were in the area more often because I do like diving there. The water temp was between 82 and 84 and the viz was about 25 feet or so....overall excellent conditions for any quarry in the summer. There was almost no one there. I bet there were maybe 20 divers there total.

I did here talk that business there is off. I hope thats not true because I would hate to see this place close.

Conditions were great over the weekend. 20' or more viz, nice & warm, had a great time. Word is this may be the last season if business doesn't pick up, which would be a real shame.

Maybe they would keep it open just drop the heater and the price. I haven't been there but would pay the price from what I hear.

Yeah it would be a real shame to loose a place that nice. So come on guys and gals get out and dive there.
