Headed to Philippine Aggressor II in Nov 2024. Looking for current recommendations for vacation planning before the trip. Have 4 nights and 4 full days before boarding the liveaboard.
Prefer upscale newer accommodations, which must have air conditioning, with good water pressure. Years ago spent time in Dumaguete (the early beginnings of the Atlantis resort), and found the surrounding reef sad and dead, the early 2000's.
