long overdue post regarding a visit to plantation beach resort last summer. Go there, you wont be dissapointed. visit their web site or talk directly to roger or rio. Well worth the effort to get there if you like a different experience than the AI cattle boat/ mass market/ all you can eat buffet style trip. More of an outpost in a spectacular setting than a resort with pools and swim up bars. Intimate setting and small group diving where you can dive your computer limits to 75 minutes per dive. You should be a comfortable diver and a flexible traveler to truly enjoy the fantastic experience. I could write lots more, but if word gets out, it will harder for me to get a reservation in the future. The staff is competant and very friendly. Don't forget your camera as there are lots of photo ops. If you go. bring most of what you will need, as there are no stores on the island. If you seek the path less traveled, go before some magazine gives them a write up and they are forced to deal with the masses. If anyone from PBR reads this, thank you for our time together and the wonderful memories of the trip.
