I use an 81a filter almost always. I think on that picture all I would have done is do an auto color and maybe lower the curves a little in photoshop to give it some richness.
The 81a filter though is just a "warming" filter.

It's interesting a lot of the people in those islands and some of the islands off the coast of Panama can trace their roots back to the Caribbean.
 
Actually, the people on these islands are mostly Garifuna. They are decendants of the Carib Indians and escaped or shipwrecked African Slaves. A lot of African culture still lives in their communities.
