That's good news, I was there for Gilbert ... that was a mess and a half.
 
As of 11 AM EDT, Aug. 20: it looks like we have suffered only mild damage: tree branches on the roads, and what not. Looking around, I don't see any structural damage to buildings. My roof is leaking. The water is off and the power is out in some areas. Dean is now moving away from Grand Cayman towards the Yucatan.
 
Thanks so much for the update. Hopefully the Yucatan will be as lucky.
 
Primary damage was to docks, with some flooding in low lying coastal areas.

Dock damage may affect dive operations for a period of time for some operators. Those vessels suitable for beach loading should have no problems at all.
