Hi Andy,
Just joined and was seeking some advice. My first post and I'm already "breakin' the law". Thanks for apprising me of the rules. Just read through them. Sounds like posts that are in the market area cannot be commented on. Am I wasting time now?

well, it's more of an issue to keep "drive by" spamming at bay. since you only
had one post, i figured i'd put it here

a user with a number of posts and an established history would probably not
have caught my eye
