Cayman Aggressor Liveaboard

I was thinking about booking a trip aboard the Cayman Aggressor as I feel that it will probably be the most economical way of hitting dive sites in Grand Cayman, Little Cayman, and Cayman Brac all in one shot. Looking at their website and also reading various threads here on scubaboard, I see that getting to Little Cayman and Cayman Brac is subject to weather conditions. I hear that winter crossings can be quite rough. As I don't want to pay to spend a liveaboard only in Grand Cayman, what months should I look to book to maximize my chances of hitting all 3 islands?
