Agreed - complete overreaction. Scubadelphia/Diveseekers is a great shop and online retailer. I’ve bought most of my gear through them and never had a problem. They would have fixed it as soon as you brought it to their attention - mistakes happen so maybe give a retailer a chance to fix an error before posting it as a problem here (as that never helps in a situation like this)!I'm glad that the minor mix-up was resolved. I've had several good experiences purchasing from & doing refreshers with Scubadelphia.
In future, perhaps pause prompt posting pending any response from the vendor, and just start a thread when the issue is over (positive or negative).
