20 mins deco = an AL40 +50% contingency for me.

Relying on one bottle for 35-45 minutes of deco is a bit nuts to me.

The 80 I am not sure about (I think one instructor all but insists on it), but I know they like to plan +50% deco gas for contingencies, which you aren't going to get from a 40.
