Chatted with my regular contact over at Catalina Express yesterday who let me know that while the new L.A. County COVID restrictions won't affect their schedule, it DOES affect their ability to serve food/drink on-board since they're considered an indoor dining area (as well as a brewery, since they serve alcohol). As such, their gallies are closed. Further, passengers cannot consume their own food or dink (including water) on-board. So be aware of all of that if you've got a trip planned between now and December 20.
