Does anyone know where I can find the map coordinates (long/lat) for Catalina Island dive sites?

According to this site the coordinates for Avalon are 33.3500° N, 118.3167° W. It's not exactly the Dive Park, but it's pretty close.

Edit: I just re-read your question and now realize that you are looking for a place with multiple coordinates for the various sites. Maybe the numbers above will get you started.

I would recommend that you get the Franco map of Catalina, with dive sites indicated and then cross reference this to Google Earth, which recently upgraded the image resolution for the Channel Islands, to read out the actual coordinates corresponding to the coves or other features on the Franco map. If you needed refinement for some reason then maybe a sounding chart with depth information would get you a correction.
