Carlos and his wonderful Day of the Dead shirts

Last year I had a custom made Day of the Dead shirt made by Carlos at his shop by La Mission. I am hoping to return for another project. I recently purchased a plain grey shirt dress in hopes of him blinging it up. Does he still have the same shop in the same space? Thanks for any info.
