You might try the Aqua Cat. It is the same length but is 35' wide and has 3 decks. Bunks are king sized and the cabins have plenty of head room. The cabins are large with 2 large windows (2' x 2') with bath & shower.

My husband is a big guy and 6-2 and hasn't had a problem on the couple Hughes and Aggressor boats we've been on. I'm a little claustrophobic and am more comfortable sleeping on the outside when the bed is closed in and has a bunk over it, so he's even stuck with the inside then. We didn't do a liveaboard for a long time thinking it would feel too constraining in general but after the first one we were hooked. Now if you're into personal space, you might not go for something like Blackbeards.

Boats vary as far as cabin space and public space, and there can be a variety of cabins on one boat. The plans they show on their web sites can give you some idea. They usually also list plenty of details on stuff like which cabins have TVs (for DVDs or tapes not broadcast AFAIK.)
