I'm planning on getting down to Cape Ann this Friday morning and Reefseal may be joining me. If he can't make it, I'd still like to dive. Anybody (or group) going who won't mind a tag-along?

I was planning to get wet tomorrow and check out some of my equipment. I was thinking of doing Cathedral or Folly around 10am (high tide) but I could change that. Does that work for you?

Hi Dan:

I'm not sure I'm up for the exertion of lugging stuff down to Cathedral but Folly would be great. I'm in Londonderry so we could car-pool (I'd take my wife's van) if you'd like to. I'll send my phone number privately.

I thought of doing Cat rocks but I'll wait till a bit warmer water as want to do longer dive on doubles. It's time I rediscovered Folly Cove. Will see you both at 9:30ish. I will bring a 2nd single tank to do a 2nd at Folly or Lanes Cove. So much need to do this. I've been waiting for a day off to relax and dive. No rushing to get back. I'll be bringing my tanks to the Cape for the weekend to do some diving there as well.

How was the dive, conditions?

Awesome! Did two dives (1 hour ea) Water in the shallow part of the cove (beg of wall is 49-50 degrees. At depth at end of wall/corner on left side it's 39 - 41ish. Vis was pretty decent. 20 - 25 and better past the corner.
