Hi. I'm hoping to combine a canyoning trip with https://gohikingpr.net/our-tours in the San Cristobal canyon with some scuba diving. I've read enough to become totally confused. I was in Puerto Rico years ago and remember the traffic could be quite bad. Is that still the case? Is there a side of the island that is the leeward side, with less wind and smoother water? Are there any bays to look for for diving and snorkeling, and calmer water? Also, can someone recommend a hotel or air b and b near the San Cristobal canyon? Thanks!
