Can't Edit my threads

I am logged in, can view my PMs and can lock my threads but for some reason the edit button is not showing up. Any ideas?

It times out after about 24 hours. If you need your post edited after 24 hours, you will have to contact a moderator to do it for you.


You can edit your post in the first about 15 minutes and it won't show as edited. IN theory this is for spelling corrections, etc.


From about 15 minutes to 24 hours, if you edit it, it will show something like "EDITED on mm/dd/yy hh:mm reason:" (something like that. didn't bother to check for 100% )

Yes... what Mike said.

You can close your Classified threads when the item is sold, but can't edit posts.

I am no good at editing my threads either, but my wife is a good seamstress and takes care of all of my alterations
