Canon T3i 600D Meikon housing question

A friend of mine want to buy the meikon housing for his DSLR the thing is that the housing don't provide access to the main dial so our question is if anybody first of all have any experience with housing's quality and also if the camera provide any shortcut button combination in order to do manual adjustments underwater without using main dial ?
