Hi! can i use the same settings of the canon S90 on thesx210is for underwater photografy?

I would say yes, using manual settings or even aperture priority although manual is best. You would be able to turn down the flash to just enough to trigger a strobe with a fiber optic cable. The only difference between the camera's would be the RAW mode
