With this combo, even on uw setting, getting blue(ish) photo's. Will a strobe correct it? What strobe is compatible?

Yes, as long as you are close enough and aim the strobe properly a strobe will definitely help.

I like the Inon series strobes. Ikelite also has some nice options as do Sea & Sea. Best bet is to contact Ryan and Richard at www.reefphoto.com - send them an email and they should be able to help you.

If you aren't afraid of buying things overseas (warranties may be different, for example) try Yuzo for strobes...www.naturephoto.co.jp - send him an email rather than trying to navigate the site ;)

You can get less blue images without the strobe by
- getting closer
- using your internal flash to light you subject
or
- getting closer
- setting your manual white balance for your shots (if your camera has it).

Thank you for the suggestions. I am going to implement them before purchasing a strobe.
