Canon tells me to send it to their Virginia Beach facility for warranty service. I had very quick email service from the support folks. So now, my printer is kinda messin' up--a Canon, of course!!

Send "it" refers to the camera or the housing? I have the same problem with my S90.

Canon said to send the housing, I guess we shall see beyond that. I haven't tried another s95 to see if the Mode Dial is the same--mine is kinds stiff.............I told them that in my original email.

I have the same problem with my Ikelite housing. Found that if I "snap" it, it will turn. slips often though. Other than the depth advantage there is no reason to buy the Ikelite.

I received a new housing from Canon today, so now I have 2 sets of the accessories at least. The problem I was having is that the function knob on the housing was not turning the function knob on the s95 Canon camera. It quit after 5 dives, I went on using it for a couple of weeks by presetting the mode on the camera--not a great solution if one wants to shoot some video or use the uw scene mode part of the time, etc. The new housing turns the cam function knob very well so far.
