Nemrod,

You are always welcome to come and even dive semi-vintage in that warm salty water!

It's a dirty job but someone has to go do it LOL.........

Later,

Dave

These were in Cozumel, right?

Nice work. :)

Do you have a shot of your assembled rig? I'm curious about the overall size, esp with two strobes.

I was just thinking the same thing...I'm curious as well!

Nice shots! Thanks for posting!

Amigos,

I will see if some of buds have a shot of me with the set up. It's pretty darn compact even with dual Ikelite AF35 strobes.

The dual tray is plastic for lightweight and wobbles a bit above water but once under it's sure easy to swim.

The plastic joint FLex arms did alert folks where I was as they squeak when adjusting. No biggie......I move my light around a LOT choosing where I want color to pop out or avoid blowing out my pic on sand.

Will see if I can find a photo of the total rig.

girellator, PM me with an email and I'll send you some bigger size samples.

Good shooting!

Very nice. What ISO was the 0948 b&w diver shot at?

Bill

Bill,

Nice work on our site too!

Photo of Jesus, our dive guide for the week at the surface believe it or not was ISO 80 (!!!!)

BUT........It was shot with a feature in the Canon S90 titled "Nostalgic". You can turn the front control ring on the camera and inject various levels of color removal, grain, etc.

That shot was likely taken on the MAX setting and I played around with it as the week went on. Still experimenting for the next trip :)

Below is one shot at the mid-range Nostalgic setting.

This is one fun thing with P&S cameras, experimenting with the cool built in features.....

YMMV :)
