Canon S40 & housing? comments?

I just purchased a Canon S 40 about two months ago and I am completely satisfied with the camera on land. I was just wondering if anyone has the same camera underwater?

Quality of pictures?
What settings did you use?
Where did you get the housing? Cost?
Maintenance?
Pros & cons?
