It certainly is available; we dove yesterday with 2 of them.

No dome, just the flat port. Focuses much faster than the 100 macro on the 5DMKIV.

How is AF speed when you compare on the same camera, i.e. 100mm EF-mount macro with adapter on R camera (which model?)?
(It is clear that AF speed of 5DMKIV is slow compared to e.g. R5, regardless of the lens used)

Haven't tried that. Other lenses with the adapter (8-15) are also fast but hard to tell with that lens.
