PhotoTJ:
Just announced today, same as 75 and 85, but 5 mp. Might have to look into that!

It's more like the A80 then these two - flip LCD etc.

I just wish I knew which housing it would fit in. I wrote to Canon and asked if it would fit in an existing housing and if not when one for the A95 would be coming out. All I got back was no information at this time. :(

I'll have one tomorrow, and, I'll let you know which, (if any), exisiting housing it fits in.

That would be great PhotoTJ.

I'm really regretting now that I didn't take that photography class in high school. I can tell a great photo but still am having a hard time getting the "look" I want.

PhotoTJ please let us know what you think of the A95..i was looking into getting one, it looks like a nice camera. I have the A70, but would like to upgrade to this one if it's worth. thanks and also about the housing if you get any info.

The answer is...the WP-DC900. Here are a few shots I grabbed.

It looks and feels like a great camera, slightly more solid feeling than the A-80, with the larger screen. You lose one custom programable setting, but you gain the scene modes, so it seems like an ok trade off.

And 5 mp, very nice!

(And, by the way, we have two in stock right now, so if you're in the market, and near the valley... ;) )

189 for the housing, and 395 for the camera.

That is awesome..now is all the buttons on the housing usable with the camera??

Wow, that's great news, Thanks PhotoTJ. Have to admit I'm a little surprised, I would have thought that the WP-DC30, used by the A-85 would have been the one, not the housing for the A-80.

Hmm, looks like it's time to sell my Sea & Sea MX-10 camera and YS-40A strobe.
