2 LP, 1 HP port. Looks to be a piston regulator.

Thanks!!!

It's a Scubapro MK 5.
It has a DIN converter fitted, you should have a look at this before using to confirm that it is sealing properly as this looks like it might be from a MK10 or later that needs a slight modification to fit the MK5.

SWEET! MK-5 (and an "old" one at that) - as said above, make sure it is working - that is "non-standard"....

Should there be any ID markings on it?

p.s. - it will need a port adapter to use a modern HP hose..

The good news it you have a pristine example of an early Scubapro MK-5. The bad news is that the regulator is out of date. The two low pressure ports will be adequate if you dive with 1 first stage and a combination octopus/inflator (Air 2) or if you use this reg on a stage or deco bottle where you only need one low-pressure port. If not you will need to add a spliter Latter MK-5s had 4 and then 5 LP ports. As the above poster mentioned the HP port looks to be an older 3/8 port rather than the newer 7/16 size. So you will need to use either a vintage gauge or a port adapter. As Fishpie mentioned, the DIN adapter is more modern and should be checked. I believe an original DIN adapter has a metal rather than a plastic wheel. The MK-5 uses a different type of DIN fitting than other Scubapro first stages. Do a search on SB and you will find numerous threads on the issue.

There is another option, just use the correct hose. The old style 3/8 HP hoses are still available but most shops do not have them in stock so you have to order them. Trident has them for sure.

The OP wants to use it as an argon regulator. Do you know if he can get a 3/8" button SPG?
