Can I run my Hog Morph 1000 canister light out of the water for about 4 hours without

I have to do some outside activities in the dark for about 4 hours and was wondering if I could use my morph light as my flashlight during that time. I know that it is bad to run some canister lights out of the water, but I wondered if this applied to the morph since it is only 1k lumens and LED. The manual does not specify. Thanks.
