If I dive solo with a long hose, and ensure redundant gear by using my Spare Air, does that make me DIR? Also, is there a PADI DIR speciality? Is it available as an online course?
If I am OOA, and depleted my Spare Air while doing my deco stops, is it OK to rebreathe my Jacket BC? Or should I skip deco, get a full tank and do in-water recompression? Also, I have found the best way to dive is with ONE split fin and ONE jet fin - best of both worlds, right?
Finally, I have found a lot of abandoned reels and lines at the entrance to a cave, with some spare pony bottles (I still prefer my Spare Air). They are for sale on ebay now...

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, you're on the right track dude. I'm sure your patch is in the mail.

only if you use Spare Air

Here it is.

Of course you can, just like I am (without the long hose- who would you donate it to as a solo diver?). However, you have to spell it lower case dir rather than upper case DIR. Kind of like Democratic vs democratic.
