Looking for one that preferrably has a titanium or at least stainless steel band.
No rubber bands.

It's for a gift. I don't want to spend a fortune. Preferably under $200.
I will check out ebay, but I'd like to know a couple good reputable brands first.

Thanks!

Invicta sells on shop nbc all the time at some pretty decent prices.

The Swiss Army watch I have works well. It was under $100 at Costco, but I haven't seen them since.

Still, Amazon has a number of them for under $200 that would work reasonable well, such as the Summit.

Or better still, there are several Citizen dive watches that work quite well also, and are within your price range, such as this one.

For great selection, low prices and dependable (read, "authorized dealer") service you should check out Watches - Seiko, Citizen, Casio, Bulova, Movado, Swiss Army and other Fine Watches

If this is for a diver (not just someone wanting a dive watch) who does not already use a dive computer, you should consider a computer/watch combo. Something like the Oceanic Geo Oceanic Worldwide - Personal Dive Computers - GEO Wristwatch can easily be found for about $350. I am sure you will get other watch/computer suggestions in response to your question. Having recently received a watch/computer combo as a gift, I know your diver would absolutely love it!! Perhaps get someone else to go in ot it with you?

Yeah, I was considering the watch/computer combo, but he's already getting a trip to Coz for Christmas, plus another expensive piece of equipment (which shall remain nameless in case he sees this thread!) And this was supposed to be a cheap Christmas!
