I believe that is one of the many generic valves that were made by Sherwood-Selpac (now just Sherwood) for many other dive manufacturers. That was before Sherwood sold Scuba gear directly.
Sherwood-Selpac made valves for Dacor, Healthways, White Stag, and others. From the looks of the knob, I think that one might have been sold by White Stag, but I am not sure.
The pressure is not an issue. The valve can handle more than you are planning on using with a yoke style valve.
The service pressure of a valve is determined by the rating of the burst disk, which is replaceable. As a mater of fact the burst disk should always be replaced every few years.
The only problem with this valve is that the burst disk port is just below the reserve and it is in a tight spot. You may only be able to replace the burst disk itself, but may have to reuse the old screw with the single hole in the center. This is barely acceptable, but can be done.
The new plugs have a hex head with three holes that dissipates the escaping air if the burst disk lets go. Also the single release hole on the old plug will allow the little metal disk to be shot out (and I have heard of one report of a small injury).
Since the plug is also the cutter for the burst disk, it should also be replaced with the disk.
So my recommendation is if it is possible to replace the disc, try to have it done. Other wise just have a new disk replaced every few years.
