Can anyone help? Emergency O2 product

So, I was in Mexico a few months ago and i picked up a back copy of a dive magazine. There was an advert for a new British designed emergency O2 provider kit. I am bashing my brains trying to remember the name of it, so if anyone can help... thanks..

New Product Description:

British company/ design
Temporary system that can be mounted onto a Nitrox cylinder with standard K valve, when a bottle of O2 is not available.
Has 'continuous flow' as well as 'on demand' feed. Neat little design in orange colour. Small & compact design with a twist action.
This is a new product with patent design.
