Can't find this fish in my book !!!

Looks like some kind of lizardfish to me, bit hard to tell with the small resolution photo!
 
You don't say where the photo was taken, but if the Caribbean or nearby, I'd agree with Sand Diver (one of the lizardfish).
 
Based on the yellow body pigmentation and the black spot at the top of the opercle I would have to agree with Sand Diver Synodus intermedius
