Camera

I am looking to purchase a camera, and I am not sure what I will need to get quality pictures. I realize some camera outfits are expensive and I don,t want to get in that price range. I would like a camera outfit that is easy to use and medium priced. Any recommendations.

Canon makes a number of nice cameras that are relatively inexpensive.. they also make relatively inexpensive housings to go with them. I was using an A75 with housing for a while, and I just picked up an A520 (about $180 online). The full-funtion Canon housing for it is about $170, putting your total at well under $400.
