I am in the market for a digital camera for both above and below the water. I was looking at the new sea and sea cameras and strobe. Any other suggestions

Whats your budget, what do you want to use it for, and what are your long term intentions? Not to mention what do you already have in hardware, storage cards, lenses, and experience.
