I can't find a shop in upstate N.Y that has them.
Yeah I've never seen them in any shops around here. Sierra Trading Post carries them. They seem to be made for people who are rather slim through the hips.

I'm a hard fit went to 4 shops yesterday in Syracuse bought a AQUA LUNG Aqua Flex Med Large..thanx
