Hoping one of you can help...

I took the intro and pro level technician courses this year at DEMA and Rene was giving out the maintainence videos to everyone via a USB stick. However one less-technology-inclinded individual managed to replace the majority of the videos with his own family photos... Leaving many of us high and dry.

Most of those attending the course were experienced techs with years of repairs under their belts... But the select few of us new to the game got a bit shafted.

I've tried contacting scubapro and Rene but have had very little success. Any chance one of you fellow techs have a copy of these videos and could help ?

I'm about to service an MK17 and the repair manual I have isn't as robust and comprehensive as the videos, so it'd be a really big help and piece of mind to have those videos.

Thank you!

I'm not a technician, and this is not a tech manual, but the MK17 looks pretty simple in this SP video:

I don't like the use of hard metal tools, but this vid shows the MK17 being assembled and the IP adjusted.

Half day each...lots of material.
Pretty crazy if you come even to the Intro seminar with no repair experience.
Well conducted compared with other mfrs, but still...

Wow, a half day per course. I'll have to update my periodic rant that "professionals" are servicing our "life support" with only a weekend of training. It turns out I was giving them too much credit; its only one day!
