Hi,
I was in Cabo San Lucas for 5 days and had a great vacation. On one side it was good to have no crowds but the city is hurting for business. I highly encourage you guys to visit Mexico soon, have a great time and help the tourism business there.

I only went diving 2 days. This time of the year is not the best for Cabo, but I still had very good dives.

First day I went diving with the guys from Deep Blue diving. They are a small outfit located on the Hotel Tesouro next to the Marina. I was the only diver that day so I had private service. Geraldo was my dive master and was very good at asking me what kind of dive I was interested, where I wanted to go and so on.

We ended up diving Pelicans Rock and Neptunes Finger. Pelicans Rock is a great dive with lots of fish. There were some beautiful purple fan coral and orange soft coral. Lots of puffers.

Second dive was on Neptune's Finger and Sand Falls. We first went down to 90'to see the sand falls, then we went up to around 60' and headed to Neptunes finger.

The day I went to Cabo Pulmo for a couple of dives with the dive outfit inside the Cabo Pulmo resort. Altough this is not yet the season for great diving in cabo pulmo I had a great time. Lots of corals and fish. Saw about 3 or 4 green moreys in each dive. Also saw a couple spotted moreys. Lots and lots of puffers.

First dive was around the site El Bajo de Los Meros and the second at El Cantil. The reef at El Cantil is very cool with the corals forming walls with ledges, and you can dive between 2 walls.

I would definitely like to go back next time later int he year, between July and December when visibility is better.
