Cabo Diving: Manta Scuba Diving

My wife and I are heading to Cabo in November to dive. We booked a trip with Manta Scuba, but now I have read 2 stories about fires on board their boats...one fairly recently that caused a passenger to break their leg. I have also read a few bad reviews on here.

With all that said, I would love any first hand reviews of this dive shop. They have a 5 star PADI rating, which seems good. But, I am a bit nervous and would love for fellow divers to let me know there thoughts.

No first hand knowledge of this shop, but just got back from diving there. Are you going to be in San Lucas or San Jose? If you're contemplating changing your reservations, we went out of San Jose with East Cape Explorers and can't say enough good things about them. They are the sister shop to Dive Cabo in San Lucas.

 

[Hawkwood]

Four of us dived with Manta back in November 2014. Had a great time, saw no issues over the 12 dives we did with them.
