Cabo dive shop for sale

Interesting to see this ad on the back page of the free, weekly Silicon Valley Metro newspaper (San Jose, CA): "For Sale, Full Service Dive Business." I wonder which one it is? They claim 15 years' service, and the sale includes store location and equipment. I'm not going to post the Yahoo email address or the 707 area code phone number, because I suspect that's furthering a commercial solicitation, and therefore a violation of the Scubaboard TOS. You can see the ad by looking at the Metro website. Rather odd posting for such a publication; I hope it's not a fire sale.

There is a shop that has been for sale there for at least a year that I know of, they want wayy to much for it. I bet i know which one it is, as it has been discussed here before.
