My apologies. I was unaware the C50 zoom existed as a separate model, I was thinking of C5050, C5060, etc. as a series.

I used a 2GB card on my Oly C5050 and it worked great.

I just bought a 1gig sandisk CF card, I saw no reference to the "type" or speed of the memory, does anybody know where to find this info?

How much for the 1 gig XD? Will the 5060 be able to use it?

Yes, the C5060 can use the 1 gb xd card. I sold it on ebay for $60, you might be able to find good deals there. Sorry!
