Buying a "FASTFIND PLUS" PLB for diving

Hi Folks

Does anyone own / use one of these hand-held personal location beacons (PLB)
while diving? Yes, I'm looking for the model with an integrated GPS receiver.

Where can I get one of these for a good price in Europe?

As I'll be using it for diving, I will also need a waterproof canister to
take the device below 3m.

In the past I have carried along a 3-shot flare in my BCD for emergencies
(got stranded in Libya on the surface for 1hr.45 once and did not enjoy that
experience. My 2 Buddies & I had an SMB, 2 whistles and a dive horn, but
could not get the boat to see us1km away). With the new hassles with airport
security, I no longer feel comfortable in smuggling my flares when I travel
abroad.
