Business Listing/can't log in

I added a website and listing for a dive shop I do some work for; Starfish Diving. The city is incorrect s/b Seattle and it is garbled.

I went to access the listing and it won't accept the password I used to set it up.

Went to the Contact Us button at the bottom of the home page and it isn't working.

Can somebody fix the above problems, please?
