Wow, I was looking up some information on Bull Shoals Lake and found this message in the diving information: (http://www.bullshoalslake.com/lakerecreation/diving/)

Diving Advice(the ugly facts):

Never dive into lakes and rivers. Every year in diving accidents more than 8,000 people suffer paralyzing spinal cord injuries and another 5,000 die before they reach the hospital. It's all fun 'n' games until someone bites it.

I dont normally do a "Jack knife" off the shore or boat in full dive gear.... They must do things a bit different at Bull Shoals.... Your thoughts?

There are alot of bluffs in the area that people jump off of into the bodies of water, they arent referring to scuba when they say diving.
