Looking for suggestions on lights for the diver on a budget (ME). Looking to spend $500 or less, i'm leaning towards LED, HID is out because i dont want to have to wait for the bulb to warm up and then cool off before being used again. Will mainly be used for deeper OW, low viz dives and peeking in cracks and crevices.

I've been looking at Nocturnal Lights SLX, any other suggestions?

I've been using a Princeton Tec Torrent it puts out about 105 lumens. How much brighter would this light be?

Try our SLX with the hand mount $280 and I guarantee that you won't be disappointed with it :)

Love my UK C8 eLED. Have 2 one for me and one for my wife.
