Buddy list

I haven't been on the board very much over the last few weeks, and I've just noticed that the Buddy List feature isn't showing up under Quick Links. Is it still around? (I usually like to open it to keep track of who might be playing around online when I am.) If so, how do I get to it?

On Quick Links, I see Open Buddy List down at the bottom.

It got moved way to the bottom of the list, I have to scroll down to see it... I miss it where it was...
